Don't be scared, meditation is not at all about quieting any voices or noise inside your head. It's simply about letting them be, accepting them and observing. Search and sort out what you need. It's almost like cleaning out your closet, but in your subconscious mind. You may have a mission to further your knowledge of self, or you may just want to relax and catch the wholeness of your breath. Here I will have various different meditations for you to explore in class.
*Classes are free, you can donate if you choose.
*It is an hour long class(don't worry, there will be breaks in between time :)
*Bring a journal or notebook with you in case anything comes up for you.
*Classes are on Mondays from 12pm-1pm
